Epiphany about Blogger

I have had an Epiphany.  Blogger is inferior to WordPress.  Check out my new blog at http://glennsellnow.wordpress.com/ .  WordPress works better on Kindle Fire and is just generally a better product.  I have seen the light.  Good bye Blogger.

Wordpress may be better than blogger

Blogger does not have an app for my kindle fire but Wordpress does have an app.  I may have to start a new blog on Wordpress and then let this blogger site die an ignoble death.

Maybe I can get Judy to stop watching Primeval for a while if  I say that I want to watch Sherlock.  Sherlock is pretty good British television.

Money is not everything

Money may not be everything but I could sure use some right now.  Looks like Josh is becoming totally self-sufficient so that will really eliminate a drain on my resources.  Maybe things are just starting to look a little better on the old personal finance side.

Primeval British TV time

Judy is watching Primeval again.  Is there any way I can compete with British TV on Netflix?  Judy should have been born British because that is all she seems to watch on Netflix.  I almost like Primeval but I can only handle it in short doses.

Heart Attack maybe

Crohn's disease makes me feel like I am having a heart attack occasionally.  Even fooled the emergency room doctors once.  They gave me nitro's and just about killed me in my opinion.  I told them that I was not having a heart attack but they were very unreasonable about it and insisted on treating me for a heart attack.  I am pretty sure that I will not be going back to the emergency room unless I am sure it is something very serious.

I feel that type of pain a little right now but I am pretty sure that it is just my normal Crohn's related pain.  No ER for me tonight.

This blog just passed 16,000 views.  The number of views per time period seems to be accelerating.

My ebay Kindle Fire finally shipped

I filed a case with ebay and they sent some correspondence to the Kindle Fire seller.  She finally actually sent it out so I should probably get it a few days. Yippee!

Glass bottle lamps

I saw a youtube demo of a person who made a glass bottle lamp by drilling a hole near the bottom of a bottle and inserting a string of Christmas tree lights.  The resulting lamp looks kind of cool.  I may make some of these because they look pretty simple to make and I can make them at my own pace when I am feeling well.

Slow Ebay seller Beware!

I am going to get my money back because my Ebay seller never sent me the Kindle Fire.  I think that I am just going to get the money back and not buy another one because it was just an extreme impulse buy anyways.  I used to be an engineer so I simply love technological toys.  It is too bad I can't afford them anymore but that's the way the ball bounces. I should not have bought it in the first place.

Pain, Pain Go Away

I wish I could sleep right now but that just is not going to happen.  Actually I am glad that I am capable of having pain in this area of my body because the alternative surgery's that some Crohn's patients need are pretty gruesome.  My father even said that he would rather be dead than have some of those lovely surgical procedures when I described them.  There are many worse things than a little pain. I have only had surgeries that don't really interfere too much with my quality of life but I mildly dread the possibility of future surgeries that would really cause my quality of life to diminish.

My ebay purchased Kindle Fire still has not arrived.  College student claims she is too busy to send it because she is working on finals.  Why do I always get duds when I do anything?  Price was right but this is an aggravating and long wait.
