Governor Scott Walker is proposing massive cuts in Medicaid while helping his supporters line their pockets.  Scott certainly can't be compared to Robin Hood.  He is more like the Sheriff of Nottingham.  I am at least sure that the sheriff and him would have been quite comfortable discussing who should pay for what in their respective societies.
