Joshua's new job seems to be working out well

Joshua seems to like his new job with the Boys and Girls club.  It should eventually morph into a similar job with the same organization that will be full time with benefits.  There are some educational assistance possibilities that may allow him to continue his education to a more advanced degree.  He feels the work he is doing is worthwhile and that's a rare commodity.
