"The Money Pit" movie with Tom Hanks

The Money Pit is my new favorite movie. I especially like the scene where the raccoon jumps out of the dumbwaiter.

We used to own a house in Illinois before I became ill but we have since been living in apartments.  We plan on getting a house in Hartford as soon as we can work out the details.  USDA home loans are a great deal but they seem to need a lot of processing time and it looks like Hartford will be cut out of the program after January 15, 2015.  Could be a major bummer if we can't get our loan in time.
