We are having a new
roof put on our house whether it needs it or not. The type of
home loan we got specified that the house needs a new roof based on the inspection report. I have never had a roof put on my house before so it is a new experience for me. Maybe its a "good thing" to quote Martha Stewart. It only takes one day so how bad can it be? We have the payment rolled into our loan so we are already paying for it. Hope it works out for the next 30 years or so. I plan on staying here for awhile, at least until my tiny apricot trees produce fruit.
