Armour glass bottle cutter modifications

I have given up trying to use the plastic arm on the Armour glass bottle cutter that is used to hold the tapper on large mouth jars.  It is too weak to use easily because my hands are not steady.  Instead, I added a metal cross rod to the plastic piece on the tapper.  This just extends the jar opening width that the tapper can handle.
