we are shopping at the Walmart Market in Wauwatosa at the cross of Capital and 124th st. The parking lot has a severe slope and the shopping cart holders point open down slope. the result is many cars with damaged paint because the carts slowly roll out of the holders and build up speed on the slope until they smack into a car. I avoid damage to my car by parking up hill from the attacking cart holders. Please Walmart just point the cart holders up hill so this doesn't happen. thank you in advance from your customers.
