Hartford forbids chickens as pets but what about therapy chickens ? Maybe I need a therapy chicken and I can get a doctors prescription. Perhaps Hartford could make an exception to the cruel anti-chicken policies on the books? Chickens for all! Other cities near Milwaukee are now allowing a few chickens as pets so why can't Hartford change its rigid policies?
