its colonoscopy time again. its that special time every year that doctors check the colon of Crohn's patients to make sure everything is kosher. this year I have a slightly more involved preparation to do which will hopefully be the worse part of the entire procedure. thank God for heavy sedation. my colon probably looks as healthy as my fire escape garden. I have delayed my yearly procedure for a few years now but I can't delay anymore because I ran out of excuses. someone once said prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
