Wikipedia refuses to delete photo as 'monkey owns it' - Telegraph

The monkey took a picture of itself and now has the full rights to the picture.  The photographer had his camera stolen by this monkey so the real question is:  Should the Monkey be charged with theft?  Shouldn't the monkey have to make restitution to the human that it stole the camera from?  I think there should be a lawsuit here somewhere.
